The basic structure of Linux is neccesary to know when we are beginnig.
“/” The starting point of your directory structure.
“/etc” The configuration files for the Linux system
“/usr” Binary system, for example: source codes, pictures
“/root” Root home
“/bin” Binaries for the system, contains the most important programs that the system needs to operate.
“/var” Information about process, logs
“/mnt” Is used for mount devices
“/home” User’s home
“/dev” The devices that are available to a Linux system
“/tmp” Programs can write their temporary files here
“/lib” The shared libraries for programs that are dynamically linked
